About Yohan Lee, MD

Dr. Lee is a Board-Certified Physiatrist with subspecialty training in Interventional Pain Management. He specializes in non-surgical management of acute or chronic pain. Common procedures that he performs include cervical/thoracic/lumbar epidural injections, selective nerve root blocks, facet joint injection/medial branch blocks, sacroiliac joint injections, intercostal nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation rhizotomies, Coolief ablations, spinal cord stimulator trials, Botox injections, alcohol and phenol neurolysis.

Throughout his medical career, Dr. Lee has had the opportunity to train and gain exposure in various regions including Chicago, Tampa, Philadelphia, New Jersey and even the Caribbean. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University and Northwestern Medicine. It was there where he grew a passion for interventional pain management and further pursued fellowship training at the National Pain Institute in Florida. He then joined a private practice in South Jersey where he also served as an Associate Professor at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. As a native New Yorker, Dr. Lee has now returned back home to settle down with his wife and three children, and he is excited to join the Central Orthopedic Group to serve the Long Island community.
